I had quite an interesting experience with Houston Aqua and Betta Gem. I bought the black marble betta and they ended up sending me the wrong one... I contacted them and they were willing to send me the one that I wanted free of charge! Now that's excellent customer service right there. I wanted him so bad I was even willing to pay money again to get the right one - some sellers aren't willing to do what Betta Gem did. So I ended up with two beautiful bettas, I think they might be from the same bloodline because they look similar. They're beautiful. And although it was stressful at first, I am just glad everything worked out. I would definitely buy from them again! I didn't get my free gifts though :( ... But that's all right I'm just glad I got the betta that I really wanted! I named him Dalmatian and I named the other one Red because he has a red streak on him.
